I have WhatsApp installed on my mobile

  1. Press here from your mobile.

  2. You will see a service message asking if you want to open WhatsApp. Press “Open”.

  3. You will be redirected to WhatsApp and will see “Start” in the message field. Press “send”.

  4. You will receive a welcome message asking you to add our WhatsApp phone number to your mobile contacts. You will need to do this to continue receiving updates from us.

  5. The process is now complete – we hope you enjoy our updates.

If you no longer wish to receive updates, simply reply ‘Stop’.

Follow steps 1-5 listed above.

I want to receive updates via WhatsApp Web on desktop

WhatsApp Web is a computer extension of the WhatsApp account on your mobile. If WhatsApp is not installed on your mobile, you will need to download the application for free from your mobile application store. Once you have done this, follow the instructions below to receive our updates on your mobile and desktop WhatsApp account:

  1. Click on here from your office.

  2. You will see a service message asking you to send a message to our WhatsApp number. Click on ‘send’.

  3. If you are not already logged in to WhatsApp Web, you will see a message on how to activate it and synchronize WhatsApp Web with your WhatsApp mobile account.

  4. Once activated, or if you are already logged into WhatsApp Web, you will be redirected to your WhatsApp messages and will see “Get Started” in the message field. Click on ‘send’.

  5. You will receive a welcome message asking you to add our WhatsApp phone number to your mobile contacts. You will need to do this to continue receiving updates from us.

  6. The process is now complete – we hope you enjoy our WhatsApp updates.

If you no longer wish to receive updates, simply reply ‘Stop’.
